Planned to coincide with the escalating return of the major film and television industry to the Grand Canyon State, Arizona's new Desert Studios Complex (DSC) will soon be a reality. Situated on 320 acres in the growing Southwest area of the Valley of the Sun, Desert Studios will be conveniently located 45 minutes from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport as well as a 5 hour drive from Los Angeles.  Private aircraft are welcome at the nearby Buckeye and Glendale airports, 10 and 20 minutes respectively from DSC.

The heart of Desert Studios - Phase I, will be 10-12 state-of-the-art soundstages with 480,000 square feet of production space and dedicated production offices linked to the stages. Phase 1 will also see contemporary staging areas for Camera, Grip and Electric, set construction, casitas, state-of-the-art post production and edit facilities and other amenities along with digital support and delivery, plus restaurant and club facilities located directly at the complex. With ample room to grow, additional stages, backlots, hotels, restaurants, and a city walk entertainment and retail experience are anticipated in subsequent development phases.
