Justin R. Davis is a seasoned attorney with more than twenty years of experience counseling and guiding clients both in private practice and as general counsel. He has vast expertise focusing on complex business structure and planning, as well as real estate and development. Justin has a B.A. from William Jewell College and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Nick Simonetta has over twenty five years of government relations experience. He has specialized expertise in natural resource, environmental and water issues, municipal representation, business development and expansion, and government-media relations and legislative process. Nick has a B.A. from St. John’s University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.

Randy Pullen serves or has served as an advisor and board member of numerous technology companies. Randy was formerly an audit and consulting partner with Deloitte and Touche, where he was recognized nationally as a firm expert on financial institutions, real estate and bankruptcy and reorganization engagements. He is a CPA in Arizona and California. Randy is an Audit Committee Financial Expert under the provisions of Sarbanes Oxley Section.

Chris Buls, Chief Financial Officer, has over thirty years of experience in finance. Chris spent twenty years with large publicly traded companies where he held leadership roles a wide array of activities. For the last decade, Chris has been providing financial consulting services to numerous privately held companies including four companies that won the Arizona Commerce Authority’s Innovation Challenge. Chris has an MBA in Finance from Indiana University

Bettina Viviano, Industry Relations, is a film and television producer and literary manager. Formerly the Vice President of Steven Spielberg’s company Amblin Entertainment, Bettina is currently COO of a brand-new streaming network for family and children’s programming. Bettina also has many studio level film and television projects in development and continues to manage writers and directors.

Ruben Arizpe, Industry Relations, served in many positions for Disney, Paramount Pictures and Sony Pictures. His understanding of film and television finance has positioned him as a leading finance executive for several major studios. Ruben’s background also includes military and government service.

Dr. John Kamauff, Industry Relations, was most recently the Sony Pictures Executive Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer and Chief Alliances Officer. He holds a Ph.D. from the Darden Graduate School of Business, MBA from Boston University, MA from the University of North Carolina, and ME from the University of Virginia. John is also a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and the Air Force Test Pilot School.
